The amount of containers you track defines the plan's limit. So, while you may track via bill of lading or booking, we count the tracked containers. The limitation is concerning the total number of containers, whether you have tracked them by bill of lading or booking numbers.
Are failed container trackings counted in my usage?
No! Only accomplished tracking is taken into account. Your tracking limits are unaffected if your tracking fails.

Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?
Yes! We have monthly and annual pricing options available. The annual billing option is usually less expensive (with an over 17 percent discount). The Essential plan, for example, costs $49 per month if you pay monthly, but $39 per month if you pay annually.
What happens when I change plans?
When your plan is changed, it will be charged or refunded according to the remaining portion of the billing cycle left.
How do I cancel my paid plan?
You may simply cancel your premium subscription by contacting us at [email protected]. You will be able to cancel your paid plans on demand from your dashboard in the near future without needing to contact us. Please keep in mind that your plan will be automatically renewed every month till your payment cycle ends. Your plan would be renewed every month if you don’t cancel your plan.
What happens if my payment fails? Like if my credit card expires?
After each unsuccessful payment, your account email will be alerted. Payments may be attempted up to four times in the coming month. If the payment does not go through, you will be relegated to the free plan.
How do refunds work?

If you discontinue your membership within 72 hours of signing up for monthly paying or within 30 days of signing up for yearly billing, we'll gladly refund you the full cost.

How is my payment being processed?
